The brief
The brief was to produce an Advent calendar within a two week timescale, made entirely from card and supplied complete with pre-wrapped chocolates. The calendar was to be posted out to a target audience of 800 influential people to promote On Digital to all areas of media advertising and promotion. Other factors to take into consideration were the different sizes and shapes of the chocolates, the areas on the calendar for graphic messages and the production space needed for economic assembly of the calendar.
The answer
The calendar was constructed in two pieces with an outer sleeve complete with perforated die-cut windows and an inner with stepped dividers, both constructed from printed 600 micron folding boxboard. In order to complete the order we had to print, die-cut, glue, assemble, fulfil and pack into corrugated outers and post direct from our factory - all within a two week period.
